Committed to creating smiles, “Finnolar” together with “Thai Columnist, Radio and Television Presenter Club” donated “SALO®” solar panels to Ton Nam Yom community, Pong district, Phayao province

On September 8, 2021, executives and staff from Finnolar (Thailand) Ltd. donate 20 solar panels under Salo brand , each with 375 Watts to Thai Columnist, Radio and Television Presenter Club in order to install at water towers located at Ton Nam Yom community, Pong district, Phayao province. Currently, it is found that the villagers of Ton Nam Yom are facing shortage of drinking water and agriculture, in addition, the villagers in Ban Bon village in Pong district have to pay high prices for tap water.

Therefore, this support is a company policy aiming to participate in community development. By installing solar panels, the villagers will have access to water supply for consumption and agriculture, and alleviate their water supply costs. This will also lead to contribution of clean energy learning and creating awareness of nature conservation of nature.

This solar panels donation is one of the company's CSR activities that highlight the importance of using alternative energy and an effort to change the behavior of electricity usage by becoming more self-sufficient. The management is ready to help drive such changes for sustainable social development.
